Wider Awake
Courtney & Justin (the short version)
2008
Graduate from Rowan University (BFA Illustration & Printmaking), build first DIY press, and begin printing out of an old bedroom in Justin’s parent’s house in Toms River, NJ.
2009-2010
Move to West Philadelphia to work out of our Punk Rock House Basement at 49th & Locust.
2011
Move to South Philadelphia, purchase 4 color/4 station press
(and lots of other equipment), and squeeze into a small row home basement.
2011-2014
Spend many days and nights in the little, pink basement printing more posters, shirts, etc than we ever thought possible.
2015: Get married, buy house in NJ, renovate a 500sq ft shop space attached to our house, & move to Mullica Hill, NJ.
